What is SAAM?
SAAM is the State Archery Associations of Massachusetts, we are a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that supports USA Archery (USAA - National Archery Association) and the Federation Internationale De Tir A L'Arc (FITA) tournaments in Massachusetts. SAAM acts as the clearing house for the application process to the USAA and FITA for tournament sanctioning. Ensures that all tournaments are conducted up to USAA and FITA standards, provides coordination of USAA and State Judges for each tournament. SAAM also maintains tournament records and Massachusetts state rankings for all USAA archers competing in SAAM sanctioned tournaments We help to promote the sport of archery in Massachusetts and provide archery information to the general public.
If you belong to the NAA and you live in Massachusetts, then you automatically belong to SAAM.
